Write After Reading: Writing the Life Poetic (Chapter 7)

March 23, 2011 By Laura

Write After Reading: Living the Life Poetic is a weekly online book club with poetry participation. It will alternate between my blog and Susan Taylor Brown’s blog.

Last week, we chatted about Chapters 1 and 3 here on my blog. I just got back from New York last night, so I’ve got to go check in on last week’s post to see if I missed any conversation!

This week, Susan hosts our conversation about Chapter 7 on her blog. So if you haven’t already, grab your book and head on over to Susan’s blog. See ya there!

Oh, and next week, we’ll do Chapter 9 right here!

MAY NEWS

All 3 of my 2023 books are out now! Thank you to everyone who's celebrated with me, shared the books, or read/reviewed them. <3

Right now, I'm recovering from National Poetry Month! I'm also working on 2 tricky picture book revisions, and I'm preparing for a bunch of speaking events and storytimes! Join Yvonne Pearson and I for two loon-themed outdoor storytimes on June 6 and August 1. And on July 14, I'll be storying up a storm at Robert Trail Library! Hope to see you there!
