My favorite is the acrostic and “notice where your center is.” This noticing helps us remain balanced.

I like both of these. “The Beauty of Balance” really opened my mind–pillows (light) vs. potatoes (heavy), it doesn’t matter because 10 lbs. is 10 lbs.! 🙂 Would like to see a picture of 10 lbs. of pillows!
I remember a trick question from a creativity exercise in elementary school was “Which weighs more, a ton of feathers or a ton of bricks.” That’s actually what inspired the poem:>)
