This is one of the best biographies I’ve read in a while. I really loved it. And I connected to it personally because my dad worked at NASA for most of his career. I find star stuff fascinating. We watched shuttle launches in person, and I saw the Challenger explosion on my lunch break at college–a lot of memories there. But my dad was not exactly a happy employee, so I mostly remember him griping about work at the dinner table. THAT is a good way to take the magic out of a topic.
