must of bee still a sleep when I wrought this
it’s fun to thinks of what stories something that cant talk would tall
gym floors would have wonderful stories
read a floor a story
rain puddle snickers
bouncing basketball
wiggly tows
swishes of mops
cheering voices lets go team
little hands and knees crawling
scatters of jacks
rolling marbles
hopscotch feet
jump rope hills
all read floors stories
sneakers as in shoes I still haven’t figured out how to make creations to a blog
I love the metaphor of all these things telling stories to floors:>)

So many ideas above just by you calling the gym floor a drum, Laura! Great stuff! There are memories for us in those sounds aren’t there? And in the smells. I like this one a lot.
Thanks, Linda. I had fun with the metaphor in this one…

Perfect! The sound of the feet and the balls is one of the things I like best about watching basketball on TV!
Basketball is uniquely auditory, isn’t it?
