Today’s poemsketch was inspired by a line in something I read a few days ago–probably a middle-grade novel or novel in verse. Anyway, there was a line in there about a hug being the smallest mathematical circle, or something like that, and that stuck with me. Then this poem popped out. There is something about circles–so large and so small. (Have you read Joyce Sidman’s beautiful Round?)
