Howdy, educators! I’ve got two things for you this week.
First, did you know you can sing the text of my book Puddle Song to the tune of Waltzing Matilda? I got the cutest email in October:
I have your ‘Puddle Song’ book and I read it to my 16 month old daughter a few times a week. She often brings it to me directly from her shelf!
As you know, the title of the book contains the word ‘Song’ so I was curious as to whether or not there was an official melody attributed to the book. On your YouTube page I see a trailer for the book but no official read-along or sing-along. I am very interested in finding a consistent a set way to sing the book, since I make it up every night and some nights are not that good, haha!
