Haha–seriously, I misread the calendar and prepared a post for the 31st (nonexistent) day of April. Oh well. Poetic license?
We made it! A sticky note poem every day in April! Thanks for stopping by periodically to read and comment :>) Here’s one more secret poem to go with the two earlier this week. For the topic of this one, I wanted to try something bigger, and I thought of a person. It came out kind of preachy, though. A bit abstract for my taste. But this Poetry Month project is all about just trying things and getting a small poem down on paper every day. So I’ll leave you with this final poem!
Thanks for reading, and happy National Poetry Month! And if you ended up here by chance, fantastic! Here are a few links you might find helpful.

I like this–it made me think!
This is profound to me as I grieve the loss of my father.
Words are powerful. I love the wisdom in your bonus sticky note poem. Congratulations on the collection that you created Laura.
