Whoops! Sorry for the later-than-usual post. Home from visiting family in Florida, and my schedule is all off!
Here’s today’s #wonderbreak. [Want to learn more or join in by sharing your own poems about joyful things using the #wonderbreak hashtag?]
When I took this picture, there was no snow on the tree, and I was just admiring the needles. But then when I went to write my poem, I was remembering the beautiful but brief snowfall we had earlier this month, and my imagination painted some white in here (and a filter helped too:>). Sometimes I mix a memory with what’s in front of me to come up with a small joy to focus on–and there is something enchanting about snow on evergreens!

Beautiful image to go with your poem. The snow can give quite a regal look — like white ermine.
The pine almost looks like peacock feathers there.
